Connect PS3 to Laptop using Verizon Pantech UM175 USB Modem
Hi,
I am trying to give my PS3 internet access, but I use a Verizon USB Pantech UM175 for internet access.
How do I share it out to create a bridge or hotspot.
I have tried everything from creating a Bridge, Hotspot, creating a AD Hoc network and then running a Cat5e to PS3, when that didn't work I tried a Crossover cable, still no luck. the ICS was set to shared.
I must be missing something.
I have a Dell Latitude E6410 using a XP O/S
I need more than just create a network, I need step by step instructions from someone that is using a Verizon Pantech UM175.
I did create a AD Hoc network and I could connect Laptop to Laptop, but I could not connect to the internet even though I was connected to someone that could. All the sharing was setup in ICS. I wonder why that was and how to correct it.
