I am having a hard time registering my concession line with vzw.com. It will not allow me to pay my bill online, and is only showing my cell phone, and not my MiFi device which is on the same BAN number. Has anyone been able to register their concession line and been able to pay their bill online? If so, how did you do it? At one time I was able to, but not anymore. The concessions team at VZW has "de-registered" my line from my verizon wireless like two or three times, but it never seems to work. My account rep basically said to keep registering it the way I have been, because I should be able to pay my bill online.
Theyre gunnin for demo lines and concession accounts. Upon auditing an agent, they remove your ability to use my Verizon. Ridiculous, how petty and annoying Vzw has become
I have registered my agent line to my Verizon without any problem, but I have never paid my bill online. I just feel paying by dialing 611 is much easier and faster.
