Saw Public Mobile at my local Wal-Mart

It was a flip phone for $38.88 and include two free months of service. Not a bad deal.

So they are kinda doing the Mobilicity thing where they offer a phone plus prepaid service at a reduced cost at wal-mart. Pretty cool.

Is it possible to port in a number after buying this phone from walmart?
25GB Cap? DIY Telnus prepaid/Koodo unlimited EVDO internet (for $10 per 2 months, to keep account "Active"), Max 3Mbps download speed, if you roam on Bell (free), then you get non-NATed IP

I saw them recently in a little glass display case behind the cashier at the Kennedy and Sheppard Wal-Mart.

Its the discontinued (Can't find it at PM's website anymore) Kyocera Tomo. Why do they lock it in the cabinet?

I guess you have to activate it before they will let you "buy it"

Has anyone seen PM at Zellers? Are they locked in cabinets again?
