Finally, you can do transfer online, instead of calling Mobi CS monthly. I just transferred my $20 credit from My Wallet to pay my Monthly Fees with a confirmation code. I'm happy![]()

Wasn't this option always available?
That option has been avaialble for many, many months.
I don't think so, I was told by dealer to call 611 monthly to do the transfer since day 1 I join Mobi. I even asked CS, can I do it online by myself last month. The CS told me NO, I've to call in.
It's been avaialble a long time. I've seen it myself in the account online account management (not dimmed out either) and I haven't even been a Mobilicity customer for the past 3 months. That means that it was available even before that. It's been around since at least the middle of summer, when they were giving out the first batch of the $20 preauthorized credits (think all the way back when they offerd that $20 credit to people and then offered it again and people were able to get a second $20 credit - that was quite a while ago). Customer service has been giving you false information. It really is a nice feature that you don't you don't have call cusotmer service to transfer the funds but this is nothing new.
That's weird, both dealer and CS are telling me I can't do it on my own last month, and told me to call 611 when I see the $20 credit on My Wallet. This is the first time I see it available on my account, very strange. Anyway, thanks for the heads up and I've update the subject line.
That option has been there for almost a year, the only thing you can't do is transfer funds between your own separate accounts.
^Thanks English Teacher. From now on I will come to you for all my English Needs.
Also just want to point out this is not a place to correct others English and or Grammer, as long as your point gets across that's all it matters.
^ If that was the case, I take back what I said. Didn't know what you meant when you wrote that.

I use my transfer fund feature very often, it's very convenient.
