sweet, was waiting to hear more from this phone.. Couple of questions:

- How's the speed/responsiveness? ie, sharp's "Pictures" app, at least on the SH-13C, is pretty slow to load up..

- Does it run only Palette home launcher, or does it have other launchers?

- That clock/weather widget, is it Sharp's or one from the market?

- wth is waza-ari lol

- why did sharp have to go and change the order of the buttons in the notification bar (veilview and manner mode were swapped)

- when I bought my SH-03C, I had a paper promising an update to Froyo; was such a promise made for an update to ICS? I guess I'll just ask when I go back to Japan

I am very pleased to see that the concierge is on Android too. I love that sheep.

I look forward to the SH-03D review, but this phone does look rather nice... but I want flips mostly.

I really wonder if Docomo will make an Android flip or not...

According UI speed: If you have any hard widget (i.e. Picture gallery) on the screen, scrolling (move) can be slowlier between two (rite/left) nearest screens.
Picture gallery has no problem anymore. It shows intire pictures very fast. If you take lots of pictures using the camera, after that it can take some time to display'em. But this is the only time it's slowly. So I can say gallery is much better (speed) than in SH-12C or SH-13C.

I don't really know the meaning (translation), but I means one of the Energy saving modes (as showen).

Notification bar buttons order - don't think it matters.


2 Martindesu, about android flip
I think it's very important to improve accu capacity in Android phones. Flip phones have no opportunity to give us more then they can give, you know. So rather you get smth like 007SH or you get some 4 cm thickness.

You are right. Large screens are what people want, and iOS is much more accurate than Android IMO.

007SH is nice though; I suppose the apps of the android OS are what I like more than touch screens...

Thanks for answering the questions! Good to know speed is improving, heck it better improve with a dual core lol. Got some more q's if you don't mind..

- too bad it doesn't seem to come with wireless charging, or is that dock just an extra? does the dock automatically activate a kind of clock mode?


can't wait to go back to Japan and see one in real life.. it's either that or a Galaxy Nexus for me, unless I run out of money LOL

Front/face camera it's ok! Nothing special. Can be swithed between both in camera menu. As usually.

The dock is included. You can charge the phone using it. Sorry about automatic clock activation. The phone is gone to the client.
