    Virgin Mobile Samsung Restore stuck on "Entering Virgin Mobile Service Area" screen.

    It is the screen right after the Virgin Mobile logo. It has the dialogue box saying "Entering Virgin Mobile Service Area" and it will not get past the screen. I have tried taking out the battery but have had no luck. Is there a way to soft reboot it even if you can not get to the menu options? Some key combination etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

    I tried the Volume down key during the boot up. No good.
