I mean metropcs is getting a dual core phone! It might not be all that good looking lol but specs are not bad at all! Metropcs keeps getting better this will only be the 2nd high end phone so design wise they have to improve but at least specs are meeting demand..

the samsung galaxy s 2 is too much of a investment for metro to try to take a poke at. they have to keep in mind its has to be affordable for their consumer to be interested in purchasing. like i said on the androidforums metro's magic price for their best phones are $350-$400 beacause for a non-contract phone it sells well. now imagine of they got samsung to sell them their galaxy s2 they would be force to sell them atleast for $650 and trust me metro would lose money.

I am excited about this phone however with the rebooting issue I am going through with my Esteem I have lost faith in LG products or maybe it's not LG maybe it's metro, this new LG looks nice and the dual core makes it even better now as fas as the other specs is kind of the same as the Esteem correct me if I am wrong but it's like a Esteem with dual core and different body.

This new LG means my wife gets my Esteem. Basically it looks like the Esteem but with dual core...which is just fine by me. The overall appearance of the phone doesn't really concern me, It's a phone.

Back to phones... Isn't our Esteem (MS910) more high end than than this new MS840? It has a higher model number. It has a larger screen.

LOL, glad you like it. I find it entirely too amusing and entirely too true with so many people that I know who personally have to correct every person they come across on the internet.

As far as this phone, I thought it had the same screen size? If it doesn't then I'm going to hold off, I like the huge screen and don't care to down-size for the sake of a dual core.

Its got a 4 inch screen as apposed to a 4.3 inch screen. As for the alpha-numerical naming scheme, I'm not sure that's really the best way to determine where a phone fits in a line-up. Manufacturers don't always actually think about that sort of thing when they assign/name phones.

Well I am doing that tonight however I have read that it runs perfect it's called GingerEsteem rom my phone is a rebooting machine so I am waiting on a my 3rd replacement but it the new rom solves my issue I might keep mines or I just try the rom and see if the rebooting stops.
