Our firm will be filing Class actions against companies associated with Carier IQ, a tracking software used on most mobile phones for unauthorized tracking of it's users. Without question this tracking is by far the worse ever seen on mobile devices involving 150 million users. The information being gathered ranges from collection of a user's actual physical locationwithin 5 feet (geo-location), collection of telephone, numbers called, calls made to a user's device, websites viewed, and also recently revealed that in certain circumstances the content of emails. Excluding the seriousness of collecting information about a customers banking etc, this is probably the worst privacy violation I have seen on such a large scale, resulting in a Federal congressional hearing to examine this practice;
