my friend just bought a brand new/unlocked SE U10i Aino
Call works, sms/mms work, the only thing that doesn't work is internet =(
she has Unlimited Mobile Browsing package on her plan(monthly subscription)
and we corrected the setting to:
Name: Fido WAP
APN: wap.fido.ca
User name: fido
password: fido
login request: off
IP: 205.151.11.11
DNS:
authentication: none
data compression: On
header compression: off
Proxy setting: On & Multiple
Everytime we get online, this page shows up:
"Before using the mobile Internet, you must have a valid mobile internet option such as day pass, week pass, or monthly plan."

i'm currently getting the same message from fido.
i'm using an ipad data sim in my iphone. fido said that should be ok since i activated the sim with an ipad.
i was wonderign if you've managed to get this problem sorted out?
