I had a whole different experience than the OP. I got my 9900 on Friday evening and I've been having a great time setting it up and learning it's features although I'm going from a Nokia flip phone to the BB so it's all brand new.

you will throughly enjoy the 9900. It's a sweet device. I think it was concluded the op was another apple troll. guess the kool-aid did'nt work on me.
