I bought a lg optimus s that the seller said was fully
flashed.i activated it with no problem,but not getting data.im getting a constant error 67 pop up.please help!
The error your getting is because the phone needs to be programmed with your info to get data.

OK, I see - I thought since I bought a phone that was already fully flashed all I would have to do is activate on my metro line and I'm good to go. So does that mean I need to take it to one of the "flashing" people on craigslist or something? ugg I am not getting any voicemail notifications either, I guess for the same reason. Or do you know if the metro store can program this.. thanks for your response.
Please, can someone help me? - I am still stuck.. Is it that I just need to change some settings on the phone, or does it need to be reflashed or something like that? I'm sure if it's just the settings I can do that, but I don't know how to flash or use the cdma software. I like this phone, but I maybe I can get my money back because the seller assured me that I will be able to get data. Also the reason I am trying to mess around with the flashed phones is that we are on the 4/$100 family plan and we can't have any Metro android/smart phones.. thanks!
I found someone that can help me remotely through my computer - does anyone know how safe this is? Like, can they get into other areas of my computer while they are doing this?
