What do you think about Gevey SIM?

do you guys think if these web page is real or fake
They said unlock iPhone 4 and 4s with something like gevey sim now is universal sim card and the other service is factory unlock iPhone 4 and 4s AT&T USA.

seems a little fishy to me. I just got my Iphone 4 unlocked by the carrier so I can not comment BUT I do have a co-worker from Germany that has the gevey Sim and it is working just great. 5.00 from ebay and no issues as of yet.

but gevey is not working on baseband 04.11.08.
Can you provide the link of your friend gets that gevey
I want buy one of that if works on my iPhone 4 bb 04.11.08

I asked him just now, he said he is on a different baseband. There were a few videos that it worked but it has been labeled as fakes. Talk is a unlock is coming soon.. days to a week.. who knows. here it was 30.00 for the gevey or 50 for the unlock. I chose the latter.
