    Computer apps for text messages

    Does anyone know of an application to be able to send/received text between your Windows PC and a mobile phone? Thanks

    Most cellphones have an email address. E.g. if you are on Verizon or a prepaid provider that
    piggyback on Verizon's network and your # is 1234567890 your email is 1234567890@vtext.com .
    Unfortunately some cellphones do not have email address, e.g. Tracfone.

    I'd like to know too. There are some SMS plugins for the Miranda IM client but I'm not familiar with how they work.
