If I were to move to the US, say, and kept my Speakout phone for the occasional trip home, would it work as long as my minutes are alive? Or would being off the network for months mean Speakout would cancel the account?
As long as your credits have not expired, they will not close your account. Lots of people shut off their phones for days at a time, the phone company do not deactivate the account just based on that. All they care about is whether your credit is valid and haven't expired.
