Radiation is good
My husband's HD7 did something odd today. He left it on his desk at work, came back a few minutes later and the phone had reset itself. It now is a blank screen with only the time in the upper right corner. He tried pulling the battery and hard reset. Nothing helps. Any ideas?

It wasn't deleted tiles. I ran through the troubleshooting procedures again and was able to hard reset it then update it. Lets hope that fixed it for good. Apparently the Mango update and the HD7 don't always play well together but the latest update is supposed to fix that. Thanks for the response.

My screen is bigger than yours
I was going to suggest a factory reset, but since you did that and it worked, I hope that takes care of it. My son has a HD7 and (knocks on wood because i am stupid-stitious) it has been rock solid since day one. I hope it stays that way. Hope your problem is fixed, who knows maybe just an odd bug.
