Nissan Scratch Shield iPhone case. It Fixes Itself!
Now this is an interesting approach to Case design:
Nissan is creating a line of iPhone cases which use their 'self repairing' paint which was first found on their cars.
While it can't fix major gouges, minor scratches will disappear in about an hour to a week. It's made from ABS plastic which is said to be stronger then most plastics.
The technology is currently in the process of being licensed to NTT Docomo to be used in it's phones and is being beta tested in Europe as I write this.
Nissan, please send some cases my way. I'll beta test it very easily with the "Tim Hortons" shuffle in which I try to hold a coffee and your phone in one hand, ultimately dropping your phone in the process.[PRBREAK][/PRBREAK] I would definitely love a case like this. What about you guys?
