    I haven't seen any personally, but you might be able to ask the white rom shops in Japan if they can unlock the phone for you before you purchase it from them (of course you would have to pay the unlocking fee 3150 YEN). You probably want to ask really nicely hehe. Or if you have a friend in Japan that you are staying with and they have a docomo account, they can unlock the phone for you (this is probably your best bet)
