Does unlocked iPhone 3GS work with Speak Out Unlimited data?

I have an unlocked iPhone 3GS given by a family member. Will this phone work with Speak Out unlimited data $10/month?

If you look on the website you can activate a local number over there in ottawa, never tried data outside my local call area.
