You underestimate the retrospective stupidity of Virgin Mobile's customer service...once money has been paid, or credits disappeared, it's very hard to get them back. Although even VM touts a sort of grace period for disputing charges...if you can dispute all of the charges you have so far, big if. Five months of over-charging, and your chance for a couple of them may be gone.

Well i called back 5 days later and they said there was no investigation made? wtf. they wasted so much of my ****ing time. and than they said i was subscribed to something? apparently thats what was taking out the extra 10$? i was never subrscribed to anything.. but i managed to get another 10$ credited to my account but still they owed me at least 40.. whatever im done wasting my time its not even worth the 30$. they said the information that the girl that i talked to on technichal service or something like that i talked to gave to me was innacurate and they apoligized.. whatever. im done with there ********.
