Is the 35.00 plan really unlimited???

2 months ago I was talking with a chum from the EU and we got onto the topic of unlimited plans. He asked if we had such a thing and I said yes of course and left it at that. Well then I got to wondering so i asked a few people I knew that were on the so called unlimited plans and they all said they had unlimitedish plans. BUT we have a 35.00 plan we have from chatr that is said to be unlimited. So I thought ok lets put it to the test. I took the sim put it into a beater handset and told the guys in the plant they could use it to call home on break and to send txt messages to family. Well more then a month later, over 7000 mins thousands and thousands of txts later the plan is still active and no one has said a word to me about this! ( we have quite a large plant so the 4 hours of talk time a day was limited to just the night shift )

Now if I could get this on my corp plan!!!

My wife has been on it for a year. She used it constantly and we have never paid more than $35 (before tax).
