Tmobile launching "hush hush" data promos

I've called twice with no luck. The system also seems down with no voice prompt so I can only go to basic CS, not retentions or anything.

Both reps have told me it's $60 for the 10 gb plan. I told the 2nd rep a friend got the 10gb for $35 and she just told me they must've met something else because that isn't the price.

Yah one rep said she could add it for 30 then came back said system tells 55. 2nd rep she just refused to help me said it for pictures for 5 dollars more that it faulse for 10gigs. I think they should honor there mistake not tell me it wrong I didn't post the info I'm sure they gotten thousand of calls on it.

Does anyone happen to know if there are plan requirements for the 10gb data package? I called today looking to get some info about adding it. The rep was unable to put it on my account and didn't know why.

If I try to put it on using the MyAccount app I also get an error telling me to call CS.

Is the Mobile hotspot and mobile life supposed to show up under features on the promo data plan?

I uprgaded from my 2GB to the 5GB and asked if I'd get mobile hotspot and mobile life for free they said yes. However checking my account it just shows the data premium under services, no mention of the hotspot.

Anyone else's showing mobile hotspot listed? Strangely enough it's also giving me the option to add mobile hotspot for $14.99 a month..

Mobile hotspot is in the current premium plan as part of the plan itself, it won't show up as a feature.

Double check with customer service to see if it's on your account. Existing 5GB plans don't get it unless they ask for it.
