    Voicemail Reset

    Hello all,

Here's what I'm trying to do:
Remove the personalized greeting from my voicemail and reset it the standard computer-generated voicemail greeting.

    What I've done:
Logged in to voicemail settings. Selected standard greeting. Didn't work.
Did a search in the forums, didn't find anything more recent than 2010.

    Simple

What you need to do is erase your personalized greeting. Then go back to the Administrative Options and select greetings. After this it will prompt you to select a standard greeting using your phone number press such and such for personalized greeting you press the corresponding#. Hope this helps.
