Newly-Activated Palm Pixi Plus issues - Missing icons, etc.

I bought one of these a while ago while it was being clearanced, but only now am I activating it.

I'm having all kinds of issues, mainly I can't find anything on it. I only have a few icons, none of which are very helpful, especially when the manual starts off saying "Open Device Info and tap Reset Options." I have no Open Device Info icon!!!

The only icons I see are:
- Messaging
- Web
- Camera
- Photos
- Music
- Memos
- Tasks
- Google Maps
- Videos
- Mobile Hotspot
- Clock

I can't get into the works, the setups, etc. Can anyone help me, please??

Uh, never mind....I didn't know there were more icons to the right. I was just trying to scroll up and down...
