just recently came out of beta, and i've been using it for a couple weeks now and so far i like it. just wondering if antone else is using it and like it. maybe we could start a thread just for google music.
It's okay. I use it and Amazon MP3 together. My wife and I share an Amazon.com account, so all of our legally-acquired music is there. We have our own Google accounts, so stuff we don't like that the other does is absent from our Google Music libraries, so you could say I have less crap in my Google Music. However, Amazon is better for buying digital music (better prices, and we both get it that way). Anything I buy from Amazon, though, I just download and re-up to whoever's (or both) Google.
If you can't fill Amazon's 5GB or Google's 20,000 song quota (either), which is better, though? I use both just for redundancy, but I find myself using Amazon for streaming more.
"Melodies" is an app for iOS that is great, I just upgraded to the paid version for 99 cents. Instead of the crappy web interface it works like a normal music library with many options including my favorite where you can listen to the most recently added tracks.
