BBM Only Plan? Any way to do this?

I already have my main phone with rogers with voice and etc. I am looking to get a BB for BBM messenger only, no voice or text or anything. I was wondering if it would be possible to get a blackberry plan to use just for BBM only without paying for any voice? Is it possible to do this with pay as you go?

Do pay your way with wind, fill up $40 bucks because it lasts 180 days I think and do blackberry social plan. It's $5 a month iirc.

Yes, you need to pay $40 again if you want to continue using them. A top up card of $40 last 180 days.
