mobile wifi router - where to put it?

Hi,

I'm thinking about a mobile wifi router.
I need one on holiday, in the car/train or what ever, for my family, and for work.
Sometimes I could work at home or somewhere outside but I would need a proper connection for my notebook and smartphone without killing my phones battery. So i'm pretty sure i'll give the mobile router a try.

Where do you put your router in the car/train/office?.... i couldn't find any good cases/covers.

Are there places in the car/train where these things won't work proper?

Just keep it in your laptop case. If you are in an areas with decent coverage you'll be okay.
