The difference between Virgin Mobile Canada and Virgin Mobile USA

I live in America and I Always wondered if there is a difference between the two.

I don't use Virgin Mobile personally because I would not get service at my house. Virgin Mobile USA runs off Sprint's Tower's(CDMA Network). The area of the city I live in Sprint has **** coverage.

They're virtually different companies with the same name. In Canada, they run off Bell towers (also owned by them), which is an HSPA network. So phones aren't interchangeable between the two countries.

Bell also maintains a old CDMA network that some Virgin Mobile Canada phones operate on.

Except other wrote... they are both two different companies...

In Canada, Bell is the only owner of Virgin Mobile Canada since they bought all the Virgin shares in 2011...
So except for the name, there is no link between Virgin Canada and Virgin USA...
