Considering moving to MetroPCS from Sprint

Hi Folks,

I am a 12 yr veteran of Sprint and now considering MetroPCS in Los Angeles. Can someone please comment on their reception/data foot print in LA?

Are they using Sprint or Verizon's towers? How does roaming work for them?

They use their own towers actually. Just check the coverage map. When their roaming they use sprints 1x network

i went from metro to sprint back to metro, Sprint was terrible here. metro works ten times better for me. i would say 2 out of phone calls with sprint always said network error. for me its junk. i wont leave metro again
