    Unlocking docomos

Quick question- I'm looking at getting a locked N-06C and having tokyo_dom help me unlock it.

Are there any restrictions on what docomos can be unlocked? Ie does it have to be fully paid off first or sth?

    Thanks!

Do you work in a dealership for high end exotics or something? Conti Supersports... now that is a car to envy Coupe or vert, and can we have some pictures?

    Private car reviewer?

If you want power seats then what you want is the regular Conti... not the lightweight model haha

Ah, as long as there is no negative meaning.
I'm guessing you got called that while in your car?

    The question's already been answered

Actually, going back to keitais... do all new release docomos use microSIMs? That is one of the main reasons I didn't buy the SH-01D instead of my N-06C.

Not all yet. As far as I know only sh-01d and sh-13c use microsim. You can get a Microsim adapter for a few cents right.

    Ya, they should standardize it.
Since you live in Japan, do you know why they sell American drinking water on rakuten and is always on top of the rakuten's ランキング

Yeah, but I usually rent SIM cards from airport counters and they only have regular (mini) SIM cards. I can't really cut their cards lol

Not sure if iPhone microsims will work?

Just had a quick sift through the DoCoMo catalog.

    Non-Android:
    P-03D
    F-06D
    F-04D
    F-02D
    SH-03D
    F-06D

    Android:
    F-01D (Arrows Tablet)
    P-02D
    SH-02D
    SH-01D
    T-01D
    F-03D
    SH-04D
    F-03D
    N-01D
    F-07D
    N-04D
    F-05D

That's a whole lot of phones, and not including the ones where the feature icons aren't listed like last year's phones (ie SH-13C)... Majority of the phones without miniUIM aka MicroSIM are the foreign ones, ie Samsung and LG.

Since you live in Japan, do you know why they sell American drinking water on rakuten and is always on top of the rakuten's ランキング
Because it's from America? lol no idea I never check rakuten or ranking lists.

All the upcoming and most of the winter/spring models are micro-sim and I think pretty much from here on out its going to be micro-sim only.

Don't use a micro-sim that was previously in an iPhone on a docomo. You won't enjoy the results. Had alot of customers tell me and a close friend who is on AT&T tell me that when they tried to use their iPhone simcards on the docomo phones, either 1. They couldn't get any data packets to transfer or 2. The phone would periodically lose 3G signal for no reason

I'm getting confused. Won't iPhone SIM work in unlocked docomos?

All I would use it for are calls and SMS though (SoftBank network, unlocked docomo). Would I still experience the same issues?
