Recommendation? Android, good camera, inexpensive used

I'm looking for a phone I can pick up relatively cheap on the used market, 100-200 USD that runs on Android. Besides the OS, I'm hoping to find something with a above-average camera (for the price) and the best hardware that can be hoped for. Any recommendations?

Could you tell us what carrier you plan on using this new phone on? Huge implications on what we could suggest.

In the meantime, given your criteria, look at Craigslist, Kijiji or another classifieds site of your liking in your area and see what turns up.
