I have read on the VZW website from VZW workers postings that it doesn't require data to have this phone. I have also read otherwise. I currently have an unlimited Texting/Picture Messaging/Video Messaging plan with Verizon right now. And all I want to do is buy a used Rogue off ebay and activate it and use it on my plan. Will it charge me data to get/send picture messages??
