I recently acquired a brand new LG UX310. The screen says Initial Activation Needed. I want to use it as a replacement phone on one of my lines. I called to have the phone activated but was told I had to go into a store since the MEID wasn't in their system. Is there something wrong with the phone?
No, There is nothing wrong most likely. its just a Stupid CS prob. Try and call again. But if they still say so, Just bring it in the store and they can do it, as long as its not stolen or activave on another account, But if it was they would had said so over the phone.
I run into this issue the reason why I left uscc. Cause I done so many phone changes, when I would do a swap, I always just Called my Boss at the store, cause 611 wont do it for me anymore
