Most reliable program to jailbreak 4s

Hi guys. I'm a newb to jailbreaking because the 4s is my first iphone. I see multiple programs for jailbreaking the 4s, some of them are free, some charge money. Which program/software is the most reliable or best for 4s jailbreaking. Or are they all the same? Thanks.
