I think I read about a couple of places that would unlock but it had to be with certaian carriers it was on a phone site and had a list,and it was pricey!!! you could sell andbuy an unlocked version from apple but since your not in USA I dont know if you can but I googled search for unlocker's and found some info if I stumble across it I'll post it for ya
