WiFi calling with a Palm Pixi Plus

I know there is an app for android phones that you can use to call using WiFi without using your minutes, is there something similar for the Pixi Plus? Is there anyway it can be done? Thank you fro any advice.

If u can't find a palm app for SIP calling, maybe u can initiate a call through the Pixi's internet browse. Try using the Pixi's web browser to navigate to your Gmail. Try to see if u can find a way to bring up the dial pad.
Desktop settings on your internet browser. If possible.

Do a Google search for "Linphone alpha testing" hopefully you should find a 15 page thread in a webOS forum where they give you an ipk file. It worked only for outgoing calls for me using sip2sip and ipkall.

Interesting, but I think I'll wait for the official release (i'm not a geek - don't like playing around

It looks like you can use linphone with other smartphones (iphone, android, blackberry).
