    PrePaid - Looking for DIRECT number bypassing retarded robot

    Hello,

    I've been trying to call Fido Prepaid and the automated robot keeps disconnecting me when it tries to transfer me to a person. Their system is being upgraded, for the past two days...perfect timing.

    Anyone know a direct number to bypass the robot?

    Did you try just pressing "0" repeatedly? It used to work for me.

    I have and it would ignore me then disconnect me.

    Maybe try going through the regular number and talk to "fido answers"? (a real person) Maybe they can put you through to where you want to go?

    “For English, press 8”. And that takes me to French. Pressing 1, 2, 3 or any number takes to French.

    Fido got a new phone system in on Saturday. There has been a few bugs including transfers from what I understand.

    Hi TilhasBB,

    There's no direct number to bypass the automated system, however you may simply select options 4 - 4 - 1 to be transferred to a representative.

    You must listen to the prompts before making your selection but 4 - 4 - 1 is the fastest way to reach someone on the prepaid service.
