PrePaid - Looking for DIRECT number bypassing retarded robot
Hello,
I've been trying to call Fido Prepaid and the automated robot keeps disconnecting me when it tries to transfer me to a person. Their system is being upgraded, for the past two days...perfect timing.
Maybe try going through the regular number and talk to "fido answers"? (a real person) Maybe they can put you through to where you want to go?

There's no direct number to bypass the automated system, however you may simply select options 4 - 4 - 1 to be transferred to a representative.
You must listen to the prompts before making your selection but 4 - 4 - 1 is the fastest way to reach someone on the prepaid service.
