So I used the chat feature on the Sprint site (yea, I know). They informed me that my SERO 500 plan that I setup a good 6 years ago, is not a SERO Plan. Of course, when I login to my account I see it as the "Fair & Flexible 500" plan (which I know is correct). In any event, I know this is a SERO plan because I remember going through the process 6 years ago. Do I have any recourse with them? I am sure my account history should reflect that I am in fact a SERO 500 (even if it was changed without my knowledge, because I mean c'mon, who would give up a SERO account?!).
My second question is if I do manage to get this ironed out and get the SERO-P plan, I plan on getting an iPhone 4s. I would like to use the "Mobile Hotspot" feature of the phone so that my other devices can get online through the iPhone. According to the Sprint site, it's an extra $30/month for this feature, but is this in fact true with the SERO-P accounts? I know I can 'tether' but that won't work with my tablet and if I plan on using multiple devices.
Thanks!

But the second half of my question still applies - is it possible to use the Mobile Hotspot feature on the iPhone without having to add the additional $30/month charge?
