I cheated once the button went grey too and hit the back button on my browser's history. Landed me in the same page Mr. Mischief posted.

Straight Talk will ship you one free assuming you have an E71 (or 6790, E5). You can't activate it without an E71 anyways.

Orders are going through, in theory. I placed my order through Straight Talk's website and it reported "Order completed successfully" but I haven't received a confirmation email. We'll see, but it appears the gears are moving.
