Dealing with Straight Talk CS (same applies to NET10 and TracFone), can be boiled down to a simple rule.
Do not call their regular customer service lines, unless you can speak Spanish. Their English-speaking (I use that term loosely) agents are outsourced in places where English is not even the primary language. At least, their Spanish-speaking agents are outsourced in places where Spanish is actually spoken. The result is that while Spanish-speaking agents are still script-driven, at least they understand you and you understand them... as long as you speak Spanish that is.
For English-speaking customer service, use their Facebook page, or email through their website form. If you can't get your issues solved this way, then call their corporate office's customer service. 1-800-876-5753.
