This matters a lot to me ... nothing against T-Mobile, it just doesn't work in my home or office.

I know details are short at this point, but if anyone figures this out, please post to the thread

This is incredible. I will order a SIM the second they are available.

I don't see why they wouldn't allow the iPhone but who knows..

The reason they mention blackberry is because bb has their own servers and service which costs extra to a carrier (and st doesnt offer such addons)

It is very possible they will offer both an AT&T and a T-Mobile SIM depending in the market you order from. No problem, we know how to order out of market.

The data limit may depend on the Provider. We will learn about T-Mobile`s limits either through the sale of the Sim or the sale of the 2X.

It appears to be Straight Talk, those are the reps announcing it.

Do you want to pay $45/ST or $50/NT each 30 days?

How about the fact that T-mobile coverage in my area is terrible? It won't work at my house or most of the places I go. I've tried them before and some of my friends that have it don't get service most of the places they go either.

Not to sidetrack as we don't know the details of this yet on the SIM plan, but while researching it I keep seeing ST reps say "GSM phones will activate on AT&T OR T-Mobile". If I ordered a Nokia 6790 as is before this SIM plan, how would I know which service it would activate on? Is it decided by zip code? I'm just wondering if the SIM plan will work the same way, but I can't seem to find a definitive answer on how it used to work either

The Nokia 6790 is a Straight Talk phone. A straight Talk phone that uses AT&T towers.

Awesome news! I was about to activate an E71 sim to put in my iPhone, looks like I won't have to. I hope they don't put any ridiculous limits on it. Like throttling data after 200MB or 500MB or something.

Any speculation on pricing for the sim card? Kind of pissed I just ordered a 6790.

Okay, so no matter what zip code I order from, the 6790 will always use AT&T service? That's great news if true since I have to have AT&T coverage for my home/office. I just can't figure out why I keep seeing reps on ST's forum and FB account say "GSM phones will be activated with AT&T OR T-Mobile service". I don't know why they throw T-Mobile in there.
