minor update to user interface for filtering/search, early beta @ http://roundere.com/YouAreHere_1.6.2_filterUI_beta.apk, filtering is now accessible using top left menu on title bar.

1.6.2 finally out with improved filter UI including persistent filters across app startups

Filters are saved/restored across application startup
Set filters by category (not all categories will be available at all location) i.e. Gas, Food, Department Store, Banks etc. or by keyword (for even finer control) e.g. taco bell, Bay's Bistro etc.
Search overrides all filters temporarily. don't forget to remove keywords from search

Lots of new data for spring break weekend, especially kids friendly places and night spots. You'll have to update the app to 1.6.3 for new data. You may have to clear your app cache on certain type of devices i.e. VZW Tiaga (one that I know of)

I hope I had, but this is quite handful. It is also not done yet. Lot of more data is needed, certainly lot of feature set, not to mention haven't really done any marketing ;-), people been kind enough to provide feedback. All those still need to be worked on.

But I'm pretty open to doing another app, this one is quite a time-keeper, if you know what I mean.
