Mine wasn't sealed, and I got it the first day it was available for sale.

Please don't PM me asking questions that could very easily be asked publicly.

Band III/3 = DCS, 1800 (never wrongly referred to as 1700/1800)
Band IV/4 = AWS, 1700 (often wrongly referred to as 1700/2100)
Band V/5 = CLR, 850
Band VIII/8 = GSM, 900
Ya, honestly I really could care less if it is sealed or not, it has screen protector still on, no scratches, and no air pockets under the screen protector like it has been put back on it. It looks new and even if it had been taken out to show a customer, at this price point it doesn't bother me one bit. I mean I spend that kinda money on a bag for work so whatever whatever about a cell phone lol. If it was the 800 dollar iPhone 4S, I'd probably care, a phone I plan on using on a discount carrier, and also a phone I bought just to try out WP7.5 OS, good enough

Agreed... My box wasn't sealed either, but it clearly wasn't used. I just looked through the box and made sure that everything was in there before I left the store.
imho depends on if it gets WP8 or not, that's a major point in the devices longevity... but if you have a phone, and want another one, then obviously you are an enthusiast just like myself. In which case at the price point it's a good look at WP which interests me, and it's got nokias legendary reception. As far as cell phone prices go, 300 bux unlocked is pretty paltry.
Given Wind doesn't have the best signal strength even when coverage is good, it's worth getting a Nokia IMO. Software wise it does have some drawbacks, but for the most part my complaints are niggling details. The only thing that's really annoying is the time to regain signal after losing it, but that could be Mobilicity more than the phone.
maybe i will wait till the first price drop on the lumia 710...
Im pretty sure android will remain my primary device but def want a wp7 phone along the way...

Most carriers typically won't drop the no-contract price on handsets. They'll probably drop the 3-yr contract price from $49.99 to 29.99, then to $0 in due course.

Compared to what the Lumia 710 cost with T-Mobile when it first came out months ago ($350 back then, probably still is), the current price with Rogers can be considered the first price drop we've seen with this phone.
If you're getting it on contract with Rogers, then you'll definitely see this for $0 on a 3 year contract sooner or later. But I guess the off-contract price will remain at this level until Rogers discontinues it.
Ohh ya love this phone I won't lie build quality is what I would expect from their discount line, and not being able to tether will drive me mad. Overall though love the reponsiveness of WP for texting and typing. Miles ahead of android even with ICS.

After using it a bit more I have to say it's only slightly better than the BlackBerry. It will lose a signal where the berry did, just less often. Of course the berry was pretty good so this isn't a bad thing, but it's definitely not what I expected from a Nokia.
