You can call and ask them to remove your voice mail from your line, once its removed you can then control all call forwarding features. Eg. Busy, no answer etc

Has anyone been able to change the chatr's default phone number for conditional call forwarding? I don't want my callers to hear "voicemail on this account has not been set up" but I get error messages from network when I try to disable conditional call forwarding and/or change it to say my home number.
Actually -- has anyone tried to contact CCTS on this issue? I'm quite upset Chatr thinks they have the liberty to route my calls to the numbers I haven't specifically chosen.
PS. No, I'm NOT talking about UNCONDITIONAL call forwarding, I know how it works and how to set it up, thank you very much.
