Found a local dealer who is selling brand new, unlocked GSM HD7s phones. Have not seen then in person, but from what I have read, the operating system is very solid. He also stated they were good to go with hot spot capability. Price is $199. which seems good for a new unit. Anyone use the Windows phones? Thanks!
Keep in mind the "s" version is made for AT&T, so it doesn't have the T-Mo 3G band, and will only work on EDGE (and WiFi, of course.) I like Windows Phones, but the app selection is thin vs. iOS or Android.
If you can find a plain HD7 (no s) it has T-Mo 3G instead of AT&T.
