Question what do you think the speed capped Full Monty plan from UK?

Frankly, 1Mbps is good enough even with one laptop.
IMO, I don't mind going for it if there's NO usage cap. Even with 1Mbps, I can get 100GB usage easily if I use it at home.

I would be overly happy with a constant speed of 1Mb with no data cap, plenty fast enough to do anything through a phone.

How about making the capped plans throttle to 1 mbps when the cap is reached. That should be enough to encourage most heavy downloaders to get off the cell and use a home internet connection, while still keeping the plan quite useable on the phone for the kinds of things normally done on a phone.

For the kind of usage, dont you want a fast cable modem or at least one of the faster DSL speeds. Thats rather extreme for a cellular connection.

It is only an extreme instance.

I don't know, that's still as fast as my home runner, stop it would encourage me to user my home connection.

On your own link, it looks like T Mobile UK has backed away from the low speed cap and offer their full speeds..but is that without any data caps?

And by "Monty" I guess they mean monthly?
