Do you ask about developing apps for android ? If so, you will need fist of all to managed successfully installing the Android SDK and get it up and running, Then you will be finally ready to get building some Android applications.

I attended school for about 25 years and the best advice I can give you is to watch Android programming tutorials on YouTube. That'll get you started off on the right track and then you can fill in any gaps in your programming knowledge at a later time.

Thirteen and developing Android apps? my hat is off to you. Consider youwave if you don't have a good Android phone for testing, a good Internet connection, and just about any PC, Mac, or whatever can be used for development.

When I was your age (and it wasn't very long ago) I would order book after book from my local library, and pore through all of them, trying to soak up as much as I possibly could. It didn't all sink in, but I got pretty good at development regardless.
