Includes Picture messeging as well.

If u are already a customer, then u can probably try ti get the a $4 credit for it, making it $16... But if u don't text to often......then the above will probably suit ur needs.

Carriers shot themselves in the foot by charging such outrageous rates for text messaging. With things like BBM, WhatsApp, and iMessage, I wouldn't give Rogers even a penny for international texts.

There is no direct official link. Also it's $15 for 500 International SMS.

On rogers.com click on Wireless, then addons, click messaging twice.

Under Region check off International checkbox and they should show.

Again, if you're just looking to text specific people or family members or something you have overseas, encourage them to get something like WhatsApp instead of throwing money away to Rogers.

But unfortunately not everyone owns a Blackberry, an Android or an Iphone overseas.........this might be the case here..

I see what u're saying. I didn't realize that the plans have increased by $.97cents too......I wud be surprised if u wud have to pay extra for Canadian Texts. That wud be ridiculous unless something has changed. I believe it includes Canadian Texts as well.

Is there a NON-VVP Version of this VP? Will they bother to 'confirm' you have an iPhone when adding this?

Can you add the stand-alone Int'l SMS ADD-ON with the $10 retention SMS SOC? Any incompatibility issues?

I've been wanting to add this VVP in fact...but I get cid/vm/2500sms free already, and a heckuvva lot of other credits, so there's no way I could remove those three items+add on the $20 VVISUALP with a $20 bulk credit LOL. If someone knows how, tell me. I'm actually absurdly considering paying $10 and adding the 250SMS pkg. Heck I am nearly so maxed out, I don't think I could get a $10 credit on this VVP, so I am better off just adding the add-on . Sigh.....

As of Q1, the $20.79 value pack no longer includes Canadian texts. It is strictly US and International. In fact, none of the new value packs include Canadian texts at all. Looks like Rogers is banking on the fact that everyone will be signing up for plans that already have Canadian text included.

With the way retention is going, I wouldn't touch anything. Credits could mysteriously fall off.
