Verizon Wireless 4G LTE
i haven't even been throttled yet, but still angry at the fact that they are throttling around 2gb in some areas. (I haven't been using too much data since they started cracking down)
I wouldn't mind throttling at higher caps like 6gb, but 2 is lower than their $30 3gb plan!
A) You can't do a class action against AT&T. You waived that right by signing their contract.
B) It would be substantially better if everyone getting throttled (even those not planning on leaving) sue in small claims. This is specifically permitted in the agreement. I can guarantee you that hundreds or thousands of small claims cases would change their mind quicker than one class action--the cost to defend the individual cases would be monstrous.
