    Three Questions

My place of residence is Brantford, Ontario. I realise that I’m presently outside the Wind Network. Therefore I’m interested in the ‘Pay Your Way’ plan.

    I have three questions.

1/ When is Brantford slated to be included in the Wind Network?

2/ When I purchased my present day service from Clearnet back in February of 1998, I was given the option to have my phone number not displayed to anyone that I was in contact with. Obviously, I took that option. Also, I’ve never had to pay extra for that option.
Question. Does Wind Mobile provide the same service for free?

3/ With the ‘Pay Your Way’ plan, I note that it states that it’s, ‘20¢/min - No additional airtime charges’. Nothing is mentioned about ‘Away Coverage’.

If I was to be on the ‘Pay Your Way’ plan and made a call in the ‘Away Coverage’ zone, what would the call cost per minute? Would it be 20¢/min, 25¢/min, or 45¢/min?

As per what I've found thus-far, I'm unable to discern the actual cost per minute.

What? Can I use my phone number ANYWHERE on the WIND Network without getting charged extra?

Outside of the WIND network, your WIND phone will switch to AWAY mode (indicated on your phone's screen). In Canada and the USA, you’ll pay just 0.25c/minute for calls to anywhere else in Canada or the US. Learn more about roaming at WIND.

What will it cost to use AWAY coverage with my phone?

Most charges you incur when you use your WIND phone from an AWAY Zone are pay-per-use.
    Here are our current rates:
    • US/Canada Roaming- 0.25c/min: When outside a WIND Zone, receive a call or make a call to anywhere in Canada or the US– no extra long-distance charges apply.

    And as per, http://www2.windmobile.ca/en/Pages/Pa...

    Pay Your Way

Canada-wide Calling & Calling to the US - 20¢/min No additional airtime charges.

    Why is that obvious?

As far as I know, it would be 25.

    1. Unsure for now. It is likely on Wind's list though.

    2. I hate it when people hide their number. Unless it's a private work number which you don't want anyone to know, all you are doing by enabling this feature is annoy EVERYONE you call. Turn it off.

    3. 20 cents a minute everywhere in Canada for outgoing and incoming calls to anywhere in Canada and the US. If you are in a home zone all incoming calls are free. If you are in the US it's 50 cents a minute.
