I bought blackberry torch 9810 from WIND end January.

Once at home, I took out the micro sd card from my Rogers Bold 9700 and put it in Torch 9810.
Everything works fine!! All pictures showing, videos all working, music working…
UNTIL 3 days ago. I was taking a picture with the Torch and suddenly it hanged. I waited until the torch settled by itself. Nothing seems to be wrong until I find out that I no longer able to play the videos that are in the micro sd card.

I then took out the card and plug it to the laptop. The videos that can be played before with the bold 9700 and on laptop, now all stated “Media unsupported”. Even my laptop now cant read them.

Is there anyways to make the video works again at least in laptop and best in torch too.

I connect the torch to bb desktop, upgrade it but still cant play the videos.

Help.
